Policies

• Each villa can accommodate up to 5 persons : Adults and children over 3 years old

• Children under 3 years can stay for free 

• In case of more than 5 persons there is an extra fee 50 euros per person per night

• Party non-Refundable: The guest will be charged the initial deposit if cancel

• Non Refundable: The guest will be charged 100% of the total price if cancel

Check In: From 15:00 until 00:00

Check Out: Between 11:30 am - 12:00 (noon)

Children

• Children of all ages are allowed

Cribs

• Available crib for children under 3 years

Extra beds

• No extra beds are available

House rules for our guests:

• Smoking inside the house is not allowed

• Pets are not allowed

• Parties/events are not allowed

• Non-residences of the villas should leave the property by 23:30

• Please keep the property clean

• Use of fire is only allowed at the Barbeque area

• Please respect the quiet hours
